Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is $5 in every delivery area. We deliver to Cedar Rapids, Marion, Hiawatha and Robins on Mondays; Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty and Tiffin on Wednesdays; and Waterloo and Cedar Falls on Fridays. Delivery to Davenport and Dubuque is currently suspended.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. We offer free pickup at House of Spices, 1060 Old Marion Rd, Cedar Rapids, IA. Please contact us if you have questions about your pickup order.
Do you ship outside Eastern Iowa?
Yes. We offer parcel shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Frozen items are available for local delivery or pickup only and cannot be shipped.
When do fresh vegetables arrive?
Fresh vegetables arrive every Wednesday and Friday. Selection and availability vary. Call us if you are looking for a particular item.
Are fresh vegetable weights exact?
Fresh vegetable weights are approximate. The actual weight packed for your order may vary slightly from the weight listed. Charges for fresh vegetables are based on the actual weight packed.
What are your store hours?
Monday: 11:00 AM–8:30 PM.
Tuesday–Sunday: 10:30 AM–9:30 PM.

Can I change my order or ask about an unavailable item?
Please contact us with your order number and request. Our team can discuss the available options with you.
What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue so our team can help. If an item is damaged, include a photo when emailing us.
